Rastafari Movement is a new religious movement that accepts Haile Selassie, emperor of Ethiopia from 1930 to 1974. Haile Selassie is a defining figure in Ethiopian and African history. The Rastafari movement has spread throughout much of the world, largely through interest generated by reggae music—most notably, that of Jamaican singer legend roots, rock, reggae Bob Marley. There were more than one million Rastafari faithful worldwide just a MILLION worldwide .very high populations for WORLD? Rastafari believe that GOD will come again BUT in a different name. For Rastafari the other term for GOD is JAH. They always use JAH in the highest Rastafari person like HAILE SELASSIE and BOB MARLEY. Many people been mistaken for Rastafari movement they say that the origin is Robert Nesta Marley a.k.a. “Bob Marley” it’s a big mistake Rastafari is running very ling time and one of the pioneer is Haile Selassie. Bob Marley is just a figure man, a member of Rastafari bob use Reggae Music to approach the people. Lion of Judah? They call Haille Selassie as lion of Judah why? Many said that he was the last descendant of King Solomon and King David. Believe it or not, Haile Selassie says that all black man belongs and originated in Africa. Africa is the mother land for all black man. Simple as Philippines is for Filipino.
