Anti-Torture Law Signed!

President Arroyo has signed Republic Act 9745 or the Anti-Torture Act of 2009, criminalizing physical and mental torture and other degrading treatment by persons in authority last Nov. 10,2009. ...abangan natin ang susunod na kabanata. :D
